Why they needed us

Tapout Fitness needed a standardized system for their team to complete a daily opening and closing procedure checklist for their team to follow.

The procedures included prospecting, sales, cleaning and other opening/closing procedures both for the morning and night shifts.

They asked MOHJU to create a Google Form and sheet to track the submissions. After completing a full discovery of what the overall purpose and goals were, we determined that a Google Form wouldn’t be the best solution.

The Solution

MOHJU researched solutions that would be within the client’s budget, scalable, and easy to adopt. We found Process Street, which is a simple, free and powerful way to manage recurring checklists and procedures.

After crash learning the software, we built the checklists, set up tracking, and provided a 45-minute live training to the owner and his staff.

This software will be able to scale with the gym and the owner can use it to set up training documents, questionnaires, and location-specific procedure workflows.
