We were tasked with organizing the top grant receiving candidates in a database for easy categorizing and searching. At the time, the non-profit was using Salesforce as a corporate CRM and database.

We introduced Airtable to the non-profit’s team, a cloud-based spreadsheet software. With Airtable, we created a database of their top candidates for grants and another database of awards and media exposure opportunities.
From there, it was possible to link candidates automatically with awards or opportunities based on pre-determined criteria without manually combing through the list and cross-referencing awards and media opportunities.
The non-profit took the system we created and implemented the same process in Salesforce – it is now being used across the organization, and they are able to generate a list of recommended candidates in seconds, with minimal upkeep requirements and time load for the team.
